S4D4C: Using science for/in diplomacy for addressing global challenges

All information about the S4D4C “OPEN DOORS” PROGRAMME CALL 2018 is available on the S4D4C website. In the registration form, we request some information that is essential for the post-programme evaluation.

The applications will be evaluated by a committee formed by members of the S4D4C consortium. Applications may receive between 0 and 100 points taking into account the CV, the application form and the letter of support from the institution. All documents must be submitted in order to render the application eligible.

From all applications received, a maximum of 5 researchers will be selected. The selection as a participant will cover travel expenses, accommodation and meals.

Candidates must be researchers working in (or be affiliated to) an EU-based institution. Candidates should be able to travel within Europe.

The call for researchers to participate in the “Open Doors” Programme will remain open from 15-31 October 2018 (11:59 GMT).

The application also requires the applicant to send an e-mail attachment:

  1. A completed application form addressing your motivations and professional experience related to scientific advice and science diplomacy.
  2. Your curriculum vitae (two pages maximum)
  3. A letter of support from your institution (no special format, but must carry signature and stamp)
